This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

Hi Ashley, I would start out with photoshop and your fav. 3d program(Vue, 3d Max etc.). Watch lots of tutortials on the basics to get you going. you tub has a lot of tutortials or buy cds.

I totally understand and appreciate you taking the time to let me know about that. I look forward to seeing more art from you, pleasure to watch your gallery!
Hi, I love your work. I have been using Vue for a year now and I am nowhere on your level. I wanna make epic scifi planet shots and cityscapes but I just don't get it. Can you point me in the right direction of good tutorials to learn this stuff or can you make a tutorial?
thanks. The keys I use for my images are Photoshop as the final post and other programs like 3d max or CD 4 to make the city models with vue. Let me rephrase that in the proper order. first models (ship or buildings or what ever you what in the scene) in 3d max or cd4. make your textures in photoshop or purchase them online. 99% of the textures I use are image base. Render parts of the image in Vue and bring the renders into Photoshop for post effects. See the video for an example. [link] You have to render only parts of image in Vue and save them as a photoshop file and bring them into Photoshop as layers (Don't Rely on Vue to do all the work for you by rending the whole image). watch toturials on you tube or google the topic you want to know. Also study Matte painting to help you with bringing real photos to blend in with the scene in photoshop. It takes time. Like you I am always learning ways to inprove more. Also these DVDs are a good source. [link]
